Giselle Cheminand is the President and CEO of GCI Worldwide Corporation. She has coached and consulted Executives from Fortune 50, 100 and Fortune 500 companies, serving clients such as Mass Mutual, FedEx, Embraer, Tenet Health Corporation, Walgreens, among many others. She has worked with numerous blue-chip corporations nationally and internationally. She has carved a niche in the business world, working with corporations, executives and entrepreneurs, coaching them to enhance their leadership skills, make a difference, develop their talents, advance their careers and tap into their profit-earning potential.  Mrs. Cheminand has been featured in Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazines, among many others. She has served as a Governing Board of Directors for both non-profit and profit organizations, including Tenet Healthcare Hospitals for more than 9 years.

Sharon Butler

Sharon Butler has been an Executive Assistant and worked in Sales for many years for Fortune 100 companies such as Sony and several others.  Sharon has been with founder, Traci Lamb, from the beginning of the journey starting CWN – Caregiving Worldwide Network, as she is her first cousin.  Together, they have diligently worked to serve and grow this business.

“For me, even currently as a caregiver taking care of my mom as she is starting to be close to passing away, this has been a heart filled passion project to work alongside Traci.  Her passion and determination to push through any adversity to help others has truly been inspiring for me.  I am thrilled and honored to be helping her build this dream to serve as many people as we can.”


Steve Crow

Steve Crow is a seasoned coach and consultant, certified by MindValley and the Life Mastery Institute. His background as a mechanical engineer and serial entrepreneur is marked by successful company exits and the creation of 25 patented innovations. When not advising CEOs and founders, Steve pursues his passion for aviation as an instrument rated private pilot, eager to share the thrill of flight.

Joining the CWN – Caregiving Worldwide Network   –  board is an exciting new chapter for Steve. Having observed the significant challenges caregivers face, he is thrilled to contribute to an organization dedicated to revitalizing those who devote their lives to caring for others. This role not only allows him to give back but also to impact lives positively, supporting the unsung heroes in our communities.


Neal Phalora

Neal Phalora is a transformational speaker, 4x entrepreneur, and Neuro-Spiritual Coach. He is the voice behind “Your Greatest Hits” Podcast, featured in books about cultivating mindset, public speaking, and building a brand. Neal has been an expert guest on multiple TV spots. He has shared a stage with names like David Meltzer, MMA championship fighter Michael Chandler, Glenn Lundy, and Tim Storey. Through decades of coaching others, he has created superior performance in athletes and facilitated $75 million in acquisitions. His diverse strengths help his clients become fulfilled and scale financially.  His clients’ results clearly point to a better pipeline, more sales, and unparalleled quality of life.

Jeffrey L. Garon

Jeffrey L. Garon (Jeff) leads Wolf’s Strategic Services Practice helping Wolf’s clients across all the firm’s niches with a focus on supporting the C-Suite and is a key advisor to the CWN Board.  Jeff has been a contributing member of executive teams, managing various business models and their respective assets from start-up through IPO and other exits. Jeff has worn many hats, including Founder, Managing General Partner, Managing Director, CEO, CFO, COO, and Chief Strategy Officer.

“For me, CWN –  Caregiving Worldwide Network is an opportunity to support people and overcome the challenges faced by those who both give care and also those who need care. Regardless of socio-economic, racial or religious affiliation, we all can learn from and support each other.  It’s a pleasure to be a small part of this “village”.”
